"Support replied quicker than I expected"
I’m usually skeptical when it comes to customer service, so I wasn’t expecting much. To be fair, they did get back to me fast and were helpful once they responded. It still took a bit of time to actually sort things out, but overall it wasn’t a bad experience

I’ve been using memberpress for my small online course site, and so far it’s been solid. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but it’s been easier to work with than I thought.
The course builder makes sense to me, and I like how the lessons, modules, and access rules kind of fit together without needing a ton of tweaking. A few of my students have mentioned that it’s simple enough to follow too, which is always a relief.
There were a couple little things I had to figure out in the beginning, and I’m still not sure I’m using every feature the best way, but the support docs helped me get unstuck. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Payment setup was easy overall"
I got Stripe and PayPal connected without too much hassle. I did run into a tiny snag with the webhook settings, but the support doc cleared it up quickly. Everything’s working fine now

I found it simple to customize the pages the way I wanted. There were a couple of small things I had to figure out, but overall it was straightforward and easy to use

I figured the checkout would be straightforward, and it was. Everything went through quickly, no weird errors or surprises, which kind of confirmed what I already thought. Overall, no complaints.

"Content restrictions work exactly how I need"
Setting up the content rules was straightforward, it just does what I need it to do. My members only see the content they’re supposed to see, and I don’t have to overthink it. Works well for me.

"Solid value overall"
MemberPress definitely isn’t the bargain option, but I haven’t found myself regretting the cost. It does what I need, cuts down on extra work, and just makes things easier to manage. So while the price is something you notice, it feels like it earns its keep.

"Integrations made my setup way easier"
I’ve been using MemberPress for my small course site, and the integrations have been my favorite part. Getting it connected with Stripe, Mailchimp, and Zapier was way smoother than I expected, and I had everything talking to each other without spending my whole weekend on it.
I’m not super technical, so being able to handle most of it myself felt like a small win. I did run into one little issue with emails syncing, but I got it sorted quickly. So far, I’m really happy with how much easier it’s made my setup
